1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using USC Station ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License

USC Station grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal or commercial security monitoring and recording purposes on Windows devices you own or control. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or distribute the Software.

3. Subscriptions

USC Station Pro is available as a monthly ($4.99/month) or annual ($39.99/year) subscription. Subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com as the Merchant of Record. New accounts receive a 14-day free Pro trial automatically. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Acceptable Use

You may only use USC Station to monitor spaces you own or have explicit permission to monitor. You must comply with all applicable local laws regarding video recording, privacy, and consent. USC Station is not responsible for unlawful use of the Software.

5. Data and Privacy

All camera recordings are stored locally on your device. USC Station collects minimal usage analytics (app launch, feature usage) to improve the product. No video footage is transmitted to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. USC Station does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or fitness for any particular purpose. Use of the Software is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, USC Station shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software, including loss of footage or security incidents.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
